The heavy duty spindle and miling head have the ability to absorb very high cutting forces. The use of linear guideways on a heavy cast bed structure allow high metal removal rates. The 8000rpm spindle with rigid tapping is served by a swing arm side fixing tool changer giving 1.5 sec tool change.
